Frequently asked

Is GSDAQ giving me investment advice?

No. GSDAQ explains what rules, indicators, news and well-known investors say about a situation so you can decide for yourself. It never places trades or holds money. See the Terms.

How many questions are free?

5 answers per day per device on the free model (Google Gemini Flash). The counter resets at midnight UTC.

What are credits?

A prepaid balance for answers beyond the free limit and for premium models. 1 credit = US$0.01. Each answer deducts the model's metered cost plus a 20% service fee, shown on the answer. Credits never expire.

Why did an answer cost more credits than the estimate?

The estimate assumes a typical question. Longer questions, screenshots, and questions that need more data lookups use more tokens. The exact deduction is always shown on the answer; failed answers are free.

How do I get a refund?

App Store purchases: request through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Website purchases: email us within 14 days for a refund of the unused portion.

Which AI model should I pick?

The free model is good for most questions. Premium models cost more per answer; the model list shows an estimate for each. Note that DeepSeek models are served from China — pick them only if you are comfortable with that (see Privacy).

My credits disappeared after signing in.

Credits bought before signing in belong to the device and are moved to your account on first sign-in. If the balance still looks wrong, send us your Support ID and the App Store receipt.

How do I delete my account and data?

Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your server data and remaining credits and revokes Sign in with Apple. To delete only conversations, swipe a conversation in the app.

Notifications aren't arriving.

Check iOS Settings → Notifications → GSDAQ, then in the app Settings → Notifications choose a level other than Off. Alerts are sent only during U.S. market hours for most rules.

The app asks for location — why?

It doesn't use your location. The permission text exists because a background-task library we use declares it; you can deny it with no effect on the app.

Status

If answers fail for everyone, we post a note here and in the app's home feed. Market data is delayed up to 15 minutes and may be unavailable outside U.S. market hours.
